How long does it take to process an order?

Next Business Day and Second Business Day orders received before 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Standard shipping orders received before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day but occasionally ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturday or Sunday unless otherwise specified. Orders are not picked up nor delivered by our carriers on six U.S. national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Standard Priority Mail from our New Jersey facility to most of the continental U.S. takes 2-3 business days. Delivery to the west coast states such as Washington, California, Oregon, and Nevada typically takes 3-4 business days.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat fee of $45 per order.

Shipping is usually via USPS except for Overnight, which is on a discretionary basis for weight and size and will depend on the individual order or best possible pricing.

Express Shipping

• Second Business Day service is. With Second Business Day service, if your order is submitted by 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, the order ships that same day, and you receive it two business days later.For example, an order placed Monday before 2 PM would be received Wednesday. Any order placed after 2 PM on a Thursday would ship on Friday and arrive on Tuesday.

• Next Business Day service (one business day) is available for an additional $45 to anywhere in the continental U.S. This rate covers your entire order, regardless of size. With Next Day service, if your order is submitted by 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, the order ships that same day and you receive your order the next business day. For example, an order placed Monday before 2 PM would be received Tuesday. Any order placed after 2 PM on a Friday would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Local Delivery / Same Day Delivery

Yes, we do offer local delivery for flat rate of $25 if you are within a 15 mile radius of Clifton, NJ 07012 (exception is to NYC and boroughs). Same Day Rush delivery is available for local distributors for $45 within a 15 mile radius of Clifton, NJ (exception is to NYC and boroughs). Your order will need to be received before 2 PM Eastern Time with a confirmation that your item is in stock. This will exclude special orders or personalization options.
