Non-Personalized & Personalized Products:
At Lovely Urns, we would like for you to be 100% satisfied with your urn. As a customer, you have ten (10) days from the delivery date to notify us of the return of your item/s by e-mail (info@lovelyurns.com) or phone 973-453-0337. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours during regular business days. Once you receive return instructions, you will have ten (10) days to return the item/s (no exceptions). Expedited fees will not be reimbursed (example: Same Day, Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery). The Product must be in resalable condition, unused. We will not accept returns on any cremation products that have been filled with ashes. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you are returning a product which is not personalized but has an add-on you will be charged for the add-on (example: leaf or bronze, which is not returnable, but your urn is returnable). In case of a customized product, (Vinyl, Clay, Embossing or Fired-on) there will be no returns allowed. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue you a refund within 5 business days.
Cancelling Items In Progress:
If work has not been started, you may cancel the order without incurring any additional charges and a full refund will be given. Please call us immediately to check the status of your order 973-453-0337. An email will be sent with your confirmation and refund will be with 5 business days of receipt of your confirmation.
Damaged Items:
You can be assured that at Lovely Urns your item is inspected for the integrity and quality of our work. We do make every effort to pack your item so it will arrive to you without damage; However, if you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item; because we work with a few different carriers and a claim has to be filed with the shipping company (example: USPS, UPS, FedEx). You most likely will be asked to include a photo of the box along with photos of the damaged item. Please include photo(s) along with your order number to info@Lovelyurns.com with Damaged Item in the subject. For immediate assistance, please call us at 973-453-0337, although an email will be required as well. We do reserve the right to replace your damaged item.
